Solar Power in Building Design
A friend sent me information on the book Solar Power in Building Design. I haven’t read it but it looks like something that will be of value to anyone considering ways to have solar energy in their buildings. It covers everything you need to know from design to use.

Eco Friendly Surprising Fuel!
A Fuel That Is Friendly To the Environment
Here’s an eco friendly fuel that is truly something I find amazing! Imagine if you will, what could happen if this friend of the environment is allowed to progress...
Some say that such an eco friendly fuel is impossible and incomplete. Some say it will be made to 'disappear'. And still others claim that such a thing has very close similarities with past discoveries ... Ah, but who knows! One matter is certain though, what wonders can be found if you only take the time to look, and to dream.
Stress Be Gone!
The United Nations has done lots of studies and one of them has to do with stress. There is even a label for it, “The 20th Century Disease”. Of course this is nothing new, the report is from 1992. Does life seem less stressful to you now? When you consider how stress impacts health, when there is too much for too long, then calling it a disease makes sense.
Don’t think that it’s limited to just your neighborhood though. The World Health Organization labeled it a “World Wide Epidemic”. So, moving may not be the answer but a lifestyle change may be. Do you really want to stay in that job? Are you eating, exercising, and sleeping in ways that are good?
What can you do right now? You can laugh at a comic, joke, or funny movie. Spend time laughing each day? Laughter is a good stress reliever.
